Engr. Oke, a registered engineer, Fellow of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (FNSE) and corporate member Nigerian Institute of Production Management attended St Joseph Catholic School, Igbara Oke, St Benedict Primary School, Isale Aro, Oshogbo, Ilesa Grammar School for his West African School Certificate and Government College Ibadan for his Higher School Certificates. He obtained a BSc Hons degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos in 1972 and M. Eng in Production Engineering at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1984.
